As the founding partner of the Ament Law Group, P.C., Bob has dedicated nearly 50 years of his practice to Real Estate, Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Business Law. He is a trusted advisor to clients in the acquisition, development, financing, and ultimate settlement of residential and commercial properties. Bob is also a licensed title insurance agent, providing underwriting services and issuing title insurance products on behalf of clients.

After serving in the U.S. Army, Bob attended Duquesne University School of Law, where he served on the Law Review and gained practical experience by clerking for a sole practitioner. He had the honor of presenting a case before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court just three days after being admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar, which remains a memorable achievement in his career.

Bob is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, Real Estate Section, and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania state courts and the federal courts in the Western District of Pennsylvania. In addition to his legal work, Bob and his wife Peggy have three children, ten grandchildren, and a Miniature Schnauzer named Izzy. They enjoy spending time with family and are involved in charitable and public service work. Bob served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of a local church for over 25 years and is well-known for filing many tax exemption requests for charitable entities in the assessment office.
